Combination machines offer a unique combination of water jetting and vacuuming capabilities. By using high-pressure water jets, they can blast debris towards a manhole while simultaneously sucking up the debris through a decanting system. This system ensures that all water is returned to the pipe while the grit and debris are collected in a vacuum tank. Once the tank is full, the toxic waste is safely disposed of at an approved dump site.
This innovative system eliminates the need for manual blockage clearing, which is often labor-intensive and time-consuming. Our powerful units are capable of achieving a full vacuum of -0.7 bar in just 5 seconds, provided the vacuum pump is correctly matched to the tank size. This makes quick work of even the most demanding blockage removals.
Similarly, vacuum recycling units also offer water jetting and vacuuming capabilities, but with an added advantage of recycling and reusing water for jetting. The high-pressure water jets blast debris towards a manhole, which is then sucked up through a decanting system. Water and solids are separated in the sludge tank, and the filtered water is reused for jetting purposes through a high-pressure water pump.
This system is less water-intensive than traditional combination units and achieves this through state-of-the-art recycling technology, resulting in quick and efficient blockage removals while minimizing the environmental impact.
